WRECK™ Informational Workshop is an in-person opportunity to learn about WRECK™—a guided, community-centered healing experience rooted in connection, reflection, and growth.
This session is designed to walk you through what WRECK™ is, how the experience is structured, and what participation looks like. You’ll have space to ask questions, hear the intention behind the work, and decide whether this community feels aligned for you.
This is not a therapy session or support group, but an informational space led with care, clarity, and intention.
