Creatives Worship Night

Creative Worship Night NDA (Participation Agreement):

By registering for and participating in this worship/creative event hosted by The PenHouse Collective, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Confidentiality of Content:Any songs, lyrics, melodies, prayers, prophetic words, or creative works shared, recorded, or birthed during this event are considered collective works and are the spiritual and creative property of The PenHouse Collective.
2. No Unauthorized Recording or Distribution:To maintain the purity and confidentiality of the creative atmosphere, attendees may not record audio or video of the session without express permission from event organizers. Official audio/video will be recorded and shared at the discretion of the hosts.
3. Collaborative Ownership:Any creative content developed in the room may be recorded, mixed, and distributed by The PenHouse Collective. Participants will be contacted for proper credit, royalties, and split agreements where applicable.
4. Spiritual Integrity:By attending, you agree to honor the sacredness of the environment. This is a safe space for worship, healing, and authentic creativity — free of judgment, competition, or personal agendas.
5. Consent to Use:You grant permission for your voice, likeness, or contribution to be used in any promotional, creative, or commercial materials produced from this night.
