Join community artist Tahiyyah Muhhamed for an inspiring, hands-on FREE workshop that helps you map out your year through creativity and reflection. In this Vision Board class, participants will explore how art-making, upcycled materials, and personal storytelling can come together to form a meaningful plan for the year ahead.
Tahiyyah will guide participants through:
- Identifying goals, dreams, and intentions
- Using color, texture, and imagery to express personal vision
- Transforming everyday or discarded materials into powerful visual statements
- Building a vision board that reflects clarity, purpose, and possibility
This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to reset, refocus, or reimagine their year using creativity as a tool for personal growth. No previous art experience is needed—just an open mind and willingness to explore.
Organized by Pike School of Art — Mississippi, Community Centered Classes are monthly workshops led by local artists and creatives who have expertise in a particular art form. This program uplifts and compensates community members for sharing their skills, while making the arts more accessible and rooted in the lived experiences of McComb and its surrounding areas. Community Centered Classes are supported by a Walmart Spark Good Local Grant from Walmart Supercenter McComb.
