Ecstatic Dance January Edition

Ecstatic Dance is a guided yet spacious space for free movement, embodied expression, and nervous system release. We begin and end in circle, with the dance unfolding as a wave—slow, energizing, and returning to stillness.
Movement is led by music, with optional prompts and no choreography. All expressions are welcome: solo, partnered (with clear consent), stillness, or rest. An altar space offers art, reflection, and grounding throughout.
This is a barefoot, substance-free, non-verbal space rooted in respect and presence.
Come move what words cannot.
