Movermber Spin-A-Thon

The Grande Cache Recreation Centre will be holding its second annual Spin-A-Thon on November 22, 2025, in hopes of raising community awareness of men's mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.

Register with a team of 4 or individually (we'll put you on a team) and spin your way to the top during the 6-hour competition held on November 22, 2025. Each team will have one bike to keep spinning for the 6 hours, allowing fresh legs to trade off when needed and the distance spun to add up. There will be games and prizes for participants.

Register in person or online by November 15, once registered, fees are sent to Movember Canada so no refunds. Individuals to be placed on a team.

No desire at all to spin... you can support this event by coming by the Recreation Centre to cheer on the spinners. There will be a donation collection bucket with all donations, including the registration fees, being sent to Movember Canada.

Cost: $25.00/person
Age: 15+
