Sourdough Bread Making Day

Join us Saturday May 31st at 8:30 am. For a hands on baking class. If you took home a starter from earlier in the month at our other class, you will bring that with you. We will pass along more instructions to you about your starter for that day and do a hands on run through for those who have been asking for more help.
You will pull your starter out of the fridge the night before, before going to bed, and feed it as usual and leave it out over night to bring with you the next day. (also, for those of you bringing your starter, if you have a Banneton basket please bring it with you, or a clean glass bowl will work as well.)
We will have all other needed ingredients available and on hand.


If you haven't made a starter, but want to still come learn and bake with us, please come do so, it will be a fun day!
All breads and recipes we make that day, will either, in part, go home with you with further instruction, Or will be used Sunday morning as a bake sale during church.

Invite a friend to come join you!

Also, plan to bring a sack lunch for yourself, and/or we will plan a lunch time to go grab something.
