Homeowner Education Certification with NeighborWorksWPa @ The HUB

Welcoming NeighborWorksWPa to lead a no-cost workshop series that will result in a certificate.

Including information on:
• How your credit score affects your mortgage rate
• The various loan options available to borrowers
• How to plan for a down payment and closing costs
• How to maintain your home after purchase and avoid foreclosure

Attendees must be able to attend both sessions on November 6 + 20 from 6-9pm.

NWWPA will provide meals for attendees and LEVEL will provide our typical hospitality -- snacks, refreshments and additional resources to help future buyers prepare for homeownership.
