The Sound Experience

Join us for a uniquely intuitive sound bath designed to foster deep relaxation and effective stress relief. The Sound Experience is welcoming and accessible, whether you are taking your first steps into sound healing or seeking sustained support on your wellness journey.

Led by Trish Kalhagen & Araceli Wehr, this program is open to anyone who is looking to add some stillness and meditation to the start of their new year. Yoga mats or towels are encouraged; eye masks can also be worn to make the sound bath more immersive.
