Hey K–5 parents! 👋
Get ready for a night full of learning, laughter, and money magic! We’re thrilled to invite your children to the Future Financiers Workshop at McFarland High School — an exciting, hands-on event where kids discover that learning about money can be fun from the very start.
During this two-hour workshop, your child will dive into the world of saving, spending, and giving in a way that’s creative, interactive, and perfectly designed for young learners. From decorating their very own “Save, Spend, and Give” jars to creating colorful dream boards filled with future goals and wish-list ideas. Every activity is built to help kids understand the value of money and the joy that comes with using it wisely.
Throughout the evening, students will earn play money for completing different stations and can cash it in at the end for fun prizes. To make things even more exciting, we’ll be joined by a special surprise guest speaker who will answer fun, kid-friendly questions about banks, saving, and how money works in the real world. And of course, no great event is complete without pizza- dinner will be provided for all participants!
🍕The Future Financiers Workshop isn’t just about dollars and cents, it’s about building confidence, creativity, and curiosity. It’s a chance for kids to see that money doesn’t have to be confusing or intimidating, but something they can understand, manage, and feel proud of. By turning financial lessons into fun experiences, we’re helping kids build smart habits that will last a lifetime.
