Sound Bath

Relax and renew with a 60 minute sound bath!

Begin with a guided meditation. Then let the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, and other assorted instruments soothe the mind and body.

Mats are provided, you may bring any items you need for your comfort.
