Baking with Mae: Christmas Cookies

Nothing quite stimulates holiday nostalgia like the act and aroma of cookies baking in the kitchen. In this class you will create from scratch, the classic sugar/shortbread cookie and then learn the art of icing and decorating beautifully (that one part that always seems to befuddle folks). You will also create one more style of holiday cookie from scratch based of whatever Mae feels inspired to do at the moment. Congregate, sip hot Christmas drinks, chat, and breathe in the season and leave with a box of cookies, recipes, directions, and the know how to start your own holiday baking traditions at home.
