Lace up your running shoes and get ready for our Super Sprint Triathlon! It’s time to strengthen your cardiovascular muscles to the max. You could boost your circulation and increase your heart rate for a thrilling time.
Check-in: 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Event Time: 9:30 a.m.
Cost: $15 Members, $20 Non-Members
𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸
* Start off the ultimate challenge with a 400 m swim as you begin warming up your muscles in the water.
* Next, put your endurance and leg power to the test during our 10K bike ride.
* In our last event, unleash your final burst of energy in a 2.5K run.
Our center will give prizes to the top three male and female winners of the Triathlon. Join the Super Sprint Triathlon before our registration deadline. The last day to commit to this great challenge at Loyola Center for Fitness is February 14. So, train hard and improve your heart health with us soon!
