Slow down breathe deeply and step into a space of restorative calm. Soothing Sound Sunday is an immersive sound healing experience designed to relax your mind release tension from your body and restore energetic balance. Using a variety of instruments—crystal bowls Tibetan bowls chimes and more—you’ll be gently guided into a meditative state where stress melts away and inner harmony is restored.
This session is perfect for anyone seeking stress relief emotional release or simply a peaceful Sunday reset. Whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned practitioner you’ll leave feeling lighter refreshed and reconnected to your own inner peace.

Please bring a yoga mat pillow blanket or anything that helps you feel comfortable during the session.
