In the first week (𝟏𝟎/𝟎𝟏), we focus on clearing and release, gently letting go of old patterns, stagnant energy, and anything that no longer serves you, creating space for renewal.
The second week (𝟏𝟎/𝟎𝟖), centers on grounding and centering, reconnecting with your body, breath, and inner truth through mindful practices and rituals that anchor your energy.
During week three (𝟏𝟎/𝟏𝟓), we move into activating your inner light, exploring visualization, affirmations, and energy-activation techniques to awaken your personal power and expand your energetic presence.
Finally, week four (𝟏𝟎/𝟐𝟐) is about integration and flow, bringing together all you’ve learned and exploring ways to maintain clarity, balance, and positive energy flow in your everyday life.
Through guided meditations, practical tools, and soulful discussions, this series offers a deep experience of energetic renewal designed to leave you feeling lighter, centered, and deeply connected. Whether you’re new to energy work or looking to deepen your spiritual practice, Cleanse & Align meets you where you are.
