I am excited to share this unique transformational experience with you. A sound bath that cultivates a deep state of inner peace and harmony.

With yoga nidra, breathwork and a range of melodic instruments, this journey will allow you to deeply relax and connect with yourself.

Relax while the magical sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, flute, chimes and more wash over you. You will fall into a deep meditation as the sound and vibrations move through your body and nourish your nervous system. Release what no longer serves you and bring forward what your hearts desires.

Days later, the sounds will continue to resonate within your body.

**What to Bring:**

Dress in comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat, bolster, cushion, eye pillow and we recommend bringing a blanket for comfort.
