Battle of the Badges!

Get ready Colea County! Tomorrow is our 1st Annual BATTLE OF THE BADGES! Our local heros- Mattoon Police Deptartment and Mattoon Fire Department will be at Mattoon Walmart 10am-2pm in a friendly competition to see who can raise the most funds for The Salvation Army. These dollars stay right here in Coles County for much needed Social Services year round.

Chief Jeff Hilligoss and Deputy Chief Ryan Hurst are leading the charge! There is a trophy and bragging rights on the line! Winner will be announced at 2:15pm, live on Facebook!
