Wellness Demo for Adults Living with Neurological Disorders

Join The Boston Home's B.Fit! wellness program for a free, wellness demonstration event with two local instructors. Jeremy Colon of Revamp Training will lead an personal training session, followed by a restorative sound healing and chair yoga session with Valerie Abrigo Rivera.

All demonstrations are thoughtfully tailored to support the needs of adults in our community living with advanced neurological conditions.

Jeremy Colon is the owner & co-founder of Revamp Training. A Master Trainer with over a decade of experience, Jeremy specializes in strength training, functional fitness, and programs tailored for older adults.

Valerie Abrigo Rivera, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She is also a Sound Healer pursuing Yoga4Cancer and Yin Yoga Certifications.
