Would you like to take a little time out, just for you? This is your invitation to a gentle afternoon of heart-centred practices to support your wellbeing and resilience, to deepen your capacity for peace, joy and love. Sound good? Everyone is welcome – all our practices are adaptable for every body.

Together we will rest deeply, explore meditative writing and enjoy inviting our bodies to flow with the love that lights up the world.

This afternoon workshop is hosted by Vishwam Gurudas Heckert, a Heart Of Living Yoga teacher and teacher trainer based in Shetland. He is known for his humour, presence and listening heart. A former resident of Matlock, he is delighted to return to FlowMotion.Life to share this special time in the heart together. All welcome!
