Charity ride Nottingham to Matlock

I’d like to alert fellow bikers to a charity ride out from Nottingham to Matlock to raise money for a very special little girl that was in my class, who needs an electric wheelchair for secondary school.

The ride is suitable for all bikes and will be a ‘donate to join’ event at a cost of just ten British pounds! (£10 per biker)

Although the route has not been confirmed, we will be starting at the Robin Hood Inn, Lambley, Nottingham, NG4 4PP at 10am, before heading over towards Mansfield, stopping at Sutton-in-Ashfield to gather more bikers, heading on through any of the 125cc suitable routes into Matlock (Hilcote, Shirland, Tansley and into Matlock/Baths etc). I appreciate it can be difficult to park on arrival, so please be considerate to other road users (except cyclists) and make sure you look out for one another.

Even if you can’t make it, please consider sparing a few quid for this great cause!
