Reiki 1 Training and Attunement

Anyone Interested in Increasing your Intuition through the gift or Reiki? Reiki is an ancient method of healing from Japan that channels life force energy through our bodies to get energy flowing. It can alleviate pain, improve emotions, and increase your spiritual connection. Teaching and attuning others to Reiki feels like I am living my purpose. If you're curious or skeptical, reach out and I'd love to have a conversation and share my experience with how it's helped heal my life and others' around me.

This training comes with 5 hours of didactic teaching, a mediation and attunement, a lunch break, and an hour of practicum. Followed by 21 days of check ins, support, and connection to my reiki community.

If you're far away but curious, I am considering making it hybrid and offering virtual.
