The Made In Mathews Open Studio Tour offers the opportunity to visit and interact with an accomplished and varied group of working artists and artisans, each practicing their chosen craft amongst the beautiful rivers and bays of historic Mathews County, Virginia. Our member artists and artisans benefit from a remarkably diverse range of skills, mediums, backgrounds that are as unique as the people who call Mathews County their home. Collectively they produce a staggering array of fine art, textiles, traditional crafts, furniture, jewelry, home and body products, glass and sculpture, every piece authentic and handmade right here in Mathews County.
