W.I.S.E. — Wellness Initiative for Senior Education
Thursdays from 2:30-3:30 p.m.: Nov. 6, 13, 20; Dec. 4, 11, 18

A 6-week program celebrating healthy aging and educating older adults on a variety of topics including safe medication use, communicating effectively with healthcare providers, and strategies for healthy living.

This prevention program connects seniors through education and is facilitated by Amy Zell from Grief and Loss In Motion.

Registration begins two weeks prior to the first session (on 10/23/2025).
