Learning Highlights:
• Understand the DA II role and approved intraoral procedures under Virginia regulations (18VAC60-30-60 & 70).
• Explore stackable certificates, flexible training formats, and the value of the DANB CDA credential.
• Learn how DA II utilization boosts access, productivity, and job satisfaction while reducing burnout.
• Apply regulations for supervising up to four RDHs or DA IIs (18VAC60-30-40) and discover strategies for compliance and efficiency.
