Aqua Athlete

A new Aquatic Class for student athletes and adults who want to increase their athletic performance and cardio stamina. Athletes of any sport will benefit from this aqua class! Get full body workouts focused on increasing speed, strength, vertical and cardio stamina. No swimming skills needed!
