Full Moon Release

Join us at Ignite for a Full Moon Release on January 2nd to welcome the New Year.

A full moon is the perfect opportunity to let go of people, places, and things that are no longer serving us. Alyssa will guide you through an opening introduction and breathwork, followed by journaling, a group meditation to release stagnant energy, and a closing release ritual for anything no longer aligns with our personal lives.

This will be a minimal-movement experience. Please dress comfortably and bring a bolster, journal, and pen.
