The IREM St. Louis Great Race is back for 2025 and it’s one of our most anticipated events of the year. This is more than just a fun afternoon. It’s a high-energy, team-based adventure designed to challenge your mind, test your creativity, and spark meaningful connections across our real estate community.
On Tuesday, August 27, teams of four — including at least one property manager — will race across the St. Louis metro area completing location-based challenges, solving clues, tracking down GPS-based secret stops, and collecting points to climb the leaderboard. Everything is tracked through our custom app, and prizes will be awarded to the top teams and best costumes.
We’ll kick off the day with lunch at Syberg’s Dorsett, then send teams out with a shotgun start. Once the race concludes, we’ll gather back together for a Happy Hour celebration and awards reception during our Focus on Friends 2025 event — also held at the finish line at Syberg’s.
