We are thrilled to extend an invitation to you for the West Virginia Goes Purple Recovery Fest: Embracing Hope and Healing event on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at War Memorial Park in Martinsburg, WV, from 11am to 4pm. This is a special event for our entire community, and we warmly welcome everyone to join us for a day of celebration, support, and connection.
West Virginia Goes Purple is more than just an event—it’s a movement dedicated to raising awareness about substance use disorder, promoting recovery, and fostering a supportive community. Our mission is to spread hope and healing throughout the state, encouraging individuals and families affected by addiction to seek help and embrace the path to recovery.
The Recovery Fest will feature live entertainment, a variety of delicious food trucks, resource vendors, engaging activities, and powerful recovery stories, and guest speakers. It’s a family-friendly event where everyone can come together to support and uplift one another.
We invite you to be a part of this meaningful event. Your presence will help us create a stronger, more connected community. Please take a moment to complete the registration form to ensure your participation.
Feel free to share this invitation with your friends, family, and anyone else who may be interested. Inclusivity is at the heart of our mission, and we want everyone to feel welcome. Resource vendors offering services in recovery, sober and/or transitional living, employment, community organizations, youth support, or transportation programs are encouraged to participate. Vendors should provide their own setups, as tables and chairs will not be provided. This event is free for all attendees, and there is a small $10 vendor fee to offset park registration fee, vendor registration is required.
