Join us for September's topic for Senior Support of Community Cups Coffee and More-"Avoiding Caregiver Burnout"

This session is open to anyone and will explore the causes, symptoms, and ways to prevent caregiver burnout as well as treatment options and ways to practice self care.

Caregiver burnout occurs when someone experiences physical, mental, or emotional exhaustion related to providing long term care for a loved one with a chronic illness, disability, or aging.

It will be led by Anthony Pirrone, therapist with East Ridge and part time hospice chaplain. Mr. Pirrone has experience serving as a caregiver and also holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology with Masters degree in Pastoral Counseling.
