Sacred Sound: A Yoga and Sound Healing Experience

Join Olesia and I for a deeply nourishing 3-hour immersion that blends gentle yoga with the transformative vibrations of sound. We’ll begin with mindful movement and breathwork to open the body and quiet the mind, preparing you to fully receive the healing frequencies.
Then, surrender into extended rest as you’re bathed in the rich, resonant tones of gongs, singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and many other sacred instruments. The vibrations ripple through body and mind, helping to release tension, balance energy, and invite deep inner stillness.
This is more than a class—it’s a journey into spaciousness, where time slows and the body’s natural healing processes awaken. Whether you’re seeking restoration, inspiration, or simply a peaceful reset, this experience will leave you feeling grounded, open, and renewed.
No yoga or meditation experience necessary—just bring an open heart, a yoga mat, and anything that helps you feel cozy.
Please arrive at 5.45pm for a prompt 6pm start. Bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a blanket for warmth and any other props you may find useful for the Yoga practice. Bring water (there is some available at the studio too) .
