Yoga with Jennifer

Jennifer H. Connell, a 200 hour RYT registered with Yoga Alliance, earned yoga certification in 2008 through YogaWorks. Jennifer’s certification instructor, Jeanmarie Paoillo, continues today to be a seasoned mentor for YogaWorks.

Her teaching style includes a combination of breathwork, alignment, and vinyasa flow, with an emphasis upon breathing and good alignment as foundational for a safe and effective practice.


Jennifer is an Obion County native, and earned degrees from Union University in Jackson, TN with her highest being an MBA. She has worked for approx. 39 years in the health care field, and currently serves as Administrator of Clinton Hickman County Nursing Facility in Clinton, KY. She also instructs students in the Master of Health Administration program, online, for University of Phoenix. Jennifer actively taught yoga from 2008 through 2014, and has approx. five years combined experience teaching from 2015 to present. She continues to enjoy being a yoga student as well as instructor.

Class Times are Tuesday @ 5pm & Saturday @ 10am
Class Fee: $12 cash only
