Rainhill Autumn Trials

The Autumn Trials is a fitness event for individuals where 300 male and 300 female athletes compete on either Saturday or Sunday against athletes of similar ability.

All Athletes complete seeding workouts in advance and they are then placed in the four Rainhill categories: Wood, Rastrick, Kennedy and Rocket.

Rainhill is fully inclusive for athletes of all abilities so come play and experience a fitness competition in a big arena atmosphere and behold the most supportive environment imaginable.
