Expect to tone, lengthen, and energize your body while leaving class feeling stronger, lighter, and more connected.
With 15 years of teaching experience, Cynthia Nelson is a certified Pilates, Barre, and Yoga instructor dedicated to helping students move with strength, balance, and intention. Her classes reflect her passion for fitness, outdoor adventure, and holistic wellness.
This class is beginner-friendly but adaptable to all levels.
