Sound Bath Journey

This session is for you if you are looking for a transformative experience through sound frequencies, using crystal sound bowls, koshi chimes and light language for a full body reset and realignment.

What to bring:
A yoga mat
A blanket or shawl to keep warm
A water bottle
A journal and pen, if you like
