What to expect.
Join us for our 8th annual Adams Township Car Cruise. September 13th from 11:00am-4:00pm. There will be hundreds of participating vehicles to view. There will be raffle baskets, a 50/50 raffle, food venders, and music from DJ-Brettman. All proceeds for the event go to Emily Moore and her family.
Who does the Car Cruise Benefit?
Meet Our Brave Warrior
At just 6 years old, Emily Moore is facing a battle no child should have to fight. In April of this year at our family’s annual eye exam, the Optometrist saw pressure on Emily’s optic nerve. We went straight to Children’s Hospital where an MRI showed a brain tumor. Emily immediately had a drain placed that night to help relieve the pressure, and brain surgery the next day to try to remove the tumor.
The Neurosurgeon successfully removed about half of the tumor; the other half was in an inoperable location. Emily spent 49 days at Children’s Hospital between the PICU and the rehabilitation unit. Before being released from the hospital, Emily had a port placed and began chemotherapy.
Diagnosed with pilocytic astrocytoma, grade 1, Emily is currently undergoing chemotherapy with incredible strength and courage. She will continue to receive weekly chemo for 11 months in hopes of stopping the tumor from growing.
Even though the road ahead is long, she continues to smile, laugh, and light up every room she enters. Her hair may be gone, but her spirit is unshakable. She is our hero, our fighter, our brave warrior. With love, support and hope, she’s showing us all what it means to be truly strong.
Show off your vehicle
Participating Vehicles will receive a 2025 dash plaque to commemorate the event. They will also receive an event brochure, and a ticket for a chance to win one of the several door prizes that are given during the event. Participating vehicles can enter the park from Three Degree road by the Municipal Building, or from the Park entrance. We ask for a $5 donation from participating vehicles.
Raffle Baskets-Door Prizes
We are in need of raffle baskets and door prizes for the event. If you, your family, business, or organization would like to donate a raffle basket, please deliver it to the Adams Township Municipal Building. Drop off times are from 7:30am-4:00pm Monday through Friday.

Park Guests
All park guests can enter the park from Three Degree Road, Park Ford Road will be closed all morning, until 5:00pm. There is no fee to attend this event.
