Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Workshop

Step out of your comfort zone, and join us for a 3.5 hour Wim Hof Method Fundamentals workshop.

Learn about the science backed benefits which have contributed to Wim’s popularity and credibility.

In preparation for some guided breathwork, you’ll learn the physiology, chemistry and mechanics of breathing.

After some mindset training and a thorough grasp of the 3 pillars (gradual cold exposure, breathwork and mindset training), you’ll be mentally prepared to brave the cold.

The *optional* ice bath is only 2 minutes in duration, and you’ll be supported the whole way through.
