Come join an open-level Acro class for anyone who’s tried AcroYoga before but doesn’t quite feel ready for the jams yet.
We’ll polish the basics, build confidence, and play with fun poses and short flows you can take straight into the community jams.

What to expect:
✨ Solid basics done well
🤝 Clear communication and safe spotting
🤸‍♂️ Fun partner poses and accessible flows
💛 A friendly step into the Sunny Coast acro crew

What to bring:
• Yoga mat (if you have one)
• Water
• Comfy clothes you can move in

Exchange: Sliding scale $10–25
