This is your chance to come and look around Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre, try our Gym and meet our fantastic team – they will be on hand to answer all of your enquiries. You don’t have to be a member of our centre or have visited us before to get involved in our Open Weekend, so why not bring your friends and family down too?
Don’t forget to wear suitable clothing for your gym session.

Experience the latest addition to our line-up - Reformer Pilates! Join us for a free intro session and discover why everyone’s talking about it. This low-impact, core-strengthening workout boosts both strength and flexibility. No experience needed - just come and try out something new!
