SELF DEFENSE CLASS
Location: The Heartlands - 6305 Bluewater Ct, Marlette, MI 48453
Thursday, March 19th, 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Class is FREE! Preregistration is required and limited to the first 20 participants.
Learn the importance of awareness, precaution, and avoiding dangerous situations.
Understand and practice physical striking, kicks, and escaping techniques.
This program is great for women, teens, males, and females.
Minors will be required to have an adult present with them.
Each attendee will receive a personal safety alarm, flashlight, and a canister of pepper spray upon class completion.
