This evening is all about helping you connect to the woman underneath all the roles you play. Motherhood can be all consuming and can lead to self abandonment and disconnection even from ourselves. Join us for Gentle Yoga led by Carla Terwilleger, Physical Therapist Assistant and Experienced 500 hour Yoga Teacher teaching in the Hudson Valley for the past 10 years, followed by an interactive discussion and powerful mindset shifts led by Licensed Therapist and Wellness Strategist for Moms, Nicole Serini LMHC-D.
We will spend the evening helping you return to yourself. Drop the Mom Guilt, Find a sitter, grab your Mom friends & join us for a night of gentle movement, peace, connection, helpful ways to give yourself permission to show up for you!
