Sip, Scent, Serenity: A Tea and Incense Healing Workshop

What You Will Experience:

• The Way of Tea: Discover the art of Gongfu Cha, a mindful Chinese tea ceremony. You will learn to brew tea with intention, engaging all your senses to appreciate the nuances of flavor, aroma, and texture in premium, whole-leaf teas.
• The Essence of Incense: Delve into the world of natural incense, moving beyond simple fragrance. You will learn about precious materials like agarwood (Oud) and sandalwood, and experience the gentle practice of listening to incense (monkō), where aroma becomes a meditation.
• The Harmony of Senses: The core of our workshop is the synergistic pairing. We will guide you in selecting specific teas to complement particular incenses, creating a layered sensory experience where the taste of the tea and the scent in the air dance together, enhancing clarity, focus, and relaxation.
