Mental Health Education and Connection Day

Join us at our 17th Annual Mental Health Education and Connection Day, presented by our Mental Health program and collaborating partners!

This is an educational day focused on mental health and coping strategies with presentations from health experts, lived experience guest speakers, and our staff and physicians. We are also thrilled to welcome keynote speaker Louisa Nedkov, an inspirational speaker, life coach, and former health care professional, who will share how you can unlock the power of a positive and resilient mindset.

This event takes place at Cornell Community Centre inside Rehearsal Hall. Check-in opens at 8:30 a.m. and booths are available to visit until 1 p.m.
