September 12-14, fitness studios and gyms around the world are coming together with one shared purpose:

💜 To remember those lost to suicide.
🌎 To inspire hope across communities.

Join us for a special donation-based class as part of this international movement. We are raising money for Toronto Community Psychotherapy and Counselling Centre, a non-profit organization offering affordable, subsidized, and granted professional psychotherapy and counselling services.
