Just a reminder that Nord Bakes can be found at Market Harborough market hall on the 4th & 5th of October!
It may appear that it might be a busy one so I'm very excited indeed �
I will begin with my basic range of product along the lines of:
1. Pulla (cinnamon buns etc, many different choices here!!) + possibly including platted loaves
2. Pumpkin spiced latte cake
3. Doughnuts
4. Danish crowns

Also, to provide tasters ahead of Christmas so you can make your mind up:
1. Gingerbread
2. Dry spiced cakes

I've had several people tell me that my gingerbread is "the best gingerbread in England" so do come and try it out for yourself!
This being my first market ever I am testing the waters and surely grow and learn and of course, adjust.
