Soul Circle

A winter gathering to slow down and come back to yourself.

This month’s circle will be an open conversation around what January has stirred, held gently through breath, presence, and scent. Each woman will be invited to select a scent and share what it brings up, using scent as a soft doorway into reflection.

We’ll sit together in conversation, move through a brief grounding moment, and close by sealing the circle anchoring what’s been shared before returning to our day.

Tea and scent will be part of our time together.
