Silver & Strong Workshop

Join us on January 20th for this informative event! We are getting ready for our exciting 4-week/8-session strength program designed specifically for seniors aged 55 and up! We want you to see what it’s all about for free! During this workshop, our personal trainer Chuck Aldridge will focus on sharing with you the importance of building strength and enhancing mobility through safe movement, effective balance exercises, and functional training.
This event is free and open to members and non-members!
