This class is designed especially for beginners who want to feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in their bodies.
In Intro to Strength Training & Mobility, we focus on learning the foundations — proper form, safe progressions, and simple strength exercises that make everyday life easier. We pair strength work with mobility exercises to help your joints feel supported, stable, and free.
This isn’t a fast-paced, intimidating workout.
It’s a supportive space to learn, practice, and grow stronger — step by step.
