Into The Woods

The Community School of the Arts is excited to announce that tickets are on sale now for the upcoming musical Into the Woods, directed by Liz Carrier. The CSA Civic Theatre will bring this spellbinding production to life onstage at the F. Ritchie Walton PAC at Marion High School. There will be four public performances on August 7th–9th at 7pm and August 10th at 2pm.

With music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and a book by James Lapine, Into the Woods intertwines the stories of beloved fairy tale characters—Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack, and a Baker and his Wife—as they set out to fulfill their deepest wishes. But in the mysterious woods, every wish has unexpected consequences. This Tony Award-winning musical features a rich score, clever lyrics, and a heartfelt exploration of what happens after “happily ever after.”

We invite all of Grant County to come and experience the magic of live theatre. Tickets can be purchased at www.csa-marion.com/tickets or in person at CSA, 305 S. Adams Street, Marion, Monday through Thursday from 10am to 6pm. Tickets are also available at the door beginning 1 hour before showtime. Doors open for seating 30 minutes before showtime.
