Good Moves Class

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓: A no-judgement exercise class to build flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina through flowing postures and static holds. Open levels; beginner-intermediate friendly. Led by a certified YogaFaith® trainer.

𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐍: Every Monday & Thursday at 5:30 PM unless otherwise announced. Follow us on social so you’ll always have the latest updates!

𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄: Community of Faith Church sanctuary at 5208 Meadowland Pkwy, Marion (just south of the Rt. 13 & 148 intersection)

𝐖𝐇𝐎:All ladies are welcome here. We’re everyday women simply doing what we can, when we can—together.

𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆: Yoga mat & water. Blocks/strap optional. We have a few to loan on a first-come basis. Wear comfy movement clothes; class is barefoot.

𝐂𝐎𝐒𝐓: Donation of $8/class (cash) helps sustain this community fitness ministry. Minor girls are free with mom/guardian.
