Take a break and unwind with easy, gentle yoga designed for all experience levels — no prior yoga practice needed! Whether you're on the floor, in a chair, standing, or a mix of all three, this class is about moving at your own pace.

✨ What to Expect:

Simple, slow movements

Relaxing breathing techniques

Calming meditation

A welcoming, no-pressure environment

Bring a yoga mat or blanket and wear comfy clothes. Walk-ins are always welcome!
