Thanks to all who have filled out the survey and otherwise communicated their availability to attend our 20 year reunion...still crazy to even type that!! Here are the key notes:
-We will be meeting in the Blanton Family Ministry Center of First Baptist Church in Marion
-Doors will open at 2:30pm and formally start at 3pm. We will go 3-5pm
-There will be finger foods/drinks provided, a 5pm end time will provide a great opportunity for classmates to grab dinner with their friends afterwards
-No kids unless bringing them enables you to come

We get it, life is crazy politically right now and a lot has happened recently and over the past 20 years. The event will focus on the things that unite us all: the shared experience of growing up in McDowell County and graduating high school. No minds are getting changed on politics and religion at the event so the hope is that we all can commit to keep those few hours free of it.
Environment will be relaxed: wear what you want to.
A few of us have worked and are working really hard to provide this opportunity to all our classmates and hope that all will feel welcome to attend. The environment will be relaxed, we will have activities busy and entertained, let's come together and have a great time celebrating 20 years of life post high school!
